4.5. Client Responsibilities and Acknowledgements

Clients expressly acknowledge and agree that the efficacy, accuracy, and appropriateness of the generated video content are contingent upon the completeness, precision, and legality of the information and materials provided by the Client via the questionnaire and any subsequent communications. Clients shall bear sole responsibility for:

• Ensuring that all input data, including text, brand guidelines, and conceptual directions, is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights
• Verifying that the final video content, as utilized by the Client, adheres to all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and the terms of service of any social media platforms or advertising networks on which the content is published
• Obtaining all necessary intellectual property rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for any third-party content (for example trademarks, copyrighted images, audio, or specific textual phrases) that the Client requests to be incorporated into the generated videos

4.6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While the Service Provider endeavors to produce high-quality and effective video content, QuickVid.art does not warrant or guarantee specific marketing outcomes, conversion rates, audience engagement levels, or any other business results stemming from the Client's use of the generated video content. The Service is provided as a tool to assist in content creation, and its ultimate impact is subject to numerous external market factors beyond the Service Provider's control.

5. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: goods or services availability, errors in the description, or prices for goods or services, or errors in your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

6. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will be able to access the Website until the end of your current subscription period.

7. Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an order. By accepting these terms, the client hereby provides their consent for us to display the Client Videos as part of our professional portfolio, including but not limited to our Website, social media channels and marketing materials, for the purpose of showcasing our work. This consent is automatic upon the project's completion and full payment.

We hereby waive any other claim of ownership or right of use concerning the Client Videos. The client shall be entitled to make any use they choose of the Client Videos, without requiring further approval from us, and without any additional compensation.
